Backplane CHIEFTEC/SUNNYTEK SNT-3141SATA (4HD SATA en 3 Bahías 5,25")
Chasis que permite montar 4 discos Serial-ATA de 3,5" en el espacio ocupado por 3 bahías de 5,25". Incluye alarma por sobrecalentamiento y LEDs de actividad. Está refrigerado por un ventilador de 8cm y construido en aluminio.
Los modos de RAID soportados son realizados mediante el harwdare externo de la placa base o de su controladora si dispone de estas funciones.

| Special Features |
The Serial-ATA Backplanes aswell as the removable bays, are all exclusively designed and made of Aluminium so that they are especially suited to keeping the HDD's cool. The Backplane is Plug & Play compatible, it supports hot swap and the Raid-Level's 0, 1 and 5. With an 80mm fan, even the fastest Hard disks are kept cool. The operating status of each hard drive aswell as the power and the activity of the fans, are shown at the front of the Backplane by LED's. In addition there is a reset button, which is also used to stop the alarm for the fans. The Hard disks are screwed into the slots, which can then be easily removed by twisting the lock and a spring mechanism in the back will push them out. |
